Nor does it surprise me that the state’s Solicitor General refused to sign it. I think his staff can’t stand him anymore than the rest of us.

I’ve been waiting for a decade to be able to take bike rides with my kids. Now that I’m taking bike rides with my kids: “Ouch!” 2-3 hours a day every weekend day makes me pretty sore, even if it isn’t hard riding. I’m just out of practice.
